1. Service Description

LinguaBrief is a subscription-based language learning service that delivers weekly news articles via email. Articles are available in Hebrew, Spanish, French, and English at three difficulty levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced).

2. User Accounts

To use LinguaBrief, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

LinguaBrief is available through monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated with advance notice.

• Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing period
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can change your language and difficulty level at any time without additional charge

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your subscription or forward emails systematically to non-subscribers
• Use automated systems to access the service in ways that exceed normal human usage
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our service

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive emails until the end of your current billing period.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content delivered through LinguaBrief, including articles, questions, and translations, is owned by LinguaBrief or its content creators. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes only. You may not redistribute, republish, or sell the content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LinguaBrief is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that articles will be delivered at a specific time. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the EU member state where the service provider is established.
